Designed for convenience and sustainability, the RIVER 3 Max features multiple ports—including USB, DC, and AC outlets—for broad compatibility across devices. You can recharge the unit up to 80% in just one hour via wall charging, or take advantage of its 220W solar input for eco-friendly, off-grid energy. Lightweight and easy to carry, this power station is your all-in-one energy solution for any situation that demands both portability and performance.

Power Output
The RIVER 3 Max has one front and two rear 3-prong outlets, a DC outlet, two USB-A ports, and a USB-C port. You can use them to power everything from household appliances or mobile devices. The two rear AC ports are ideal for setting up the RIVER 3 Max as a UPS at home and easily hiding the cabling. With the additional EB300 battery, you get one additional USB-C port for up to 140W of power output directly from the EB300’s 286Wh of capacity.
Fast UPS
When used at home as a UPS, the pro-grade sub-10ms automatic switchover time won’t affect currently running electronics if the power goes out. This allows you to save your work on a PC and protect sensitive devices from damage.
Get Notified of Outages
Smart outage alert features within the RIVER 3 Max notify you via the mobile app and EcoFlow software if the power goes out while the power station is plugged in. The power station’s PC and NAS-compatible data interface works with the software to automatically save data if the battery gets too low.
Mobile App Control & Monitoring
Using the EcoFlow mobile app, you can check the power station’s battery health and charging status, as well as customize various settings, such as speed control, power-saving mode, low-battery alerts, and more. Connection can be made via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, with Wi-Fi also allowing for remote control of the RIVER 3 Max when you’re not at home.
Four Charging Options
You can use four different methods to recharge the RIVER 3 Max. Included are an AC charging cable, which can recharge the battery in up to an hour, and a car charging cable for mobile use. Optional methods include a solar panel that can output up to 220W for a full recharging in approximately 1.5 hours, or a gas generator, which can take up to an hour for a full recharge.
X-Guard Battery Protection
EcoFlow’s X-Guard technology offers cloud-based battery monitoring and battery protection. Over 40 safety measures work to protect against a variety of anomalies, such as those related to short circuits, voltage, and temperature.
Rugged Design
The RIVER 3 Max is made to handle the rigors of outdoor use. It’s IP54-rated for water and dust resistance, shock resistant to falls from up to 3′, and features a fire-retardant shell.
